How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We have standard delivery charges of ₹100 on order value below ₹2,000 and FREE shipping on order value of ₹2,000 and above.
How long will it take to get my package?
Standard delivery in India is estimated at 7–10 business days. Delivery can take longer during festivals or sales. For an order update, email sales@miraggeofficial.com.
What are the Payment Options?
Available prepaid payment methods are shown in the secure Razorpay checkout.
Do we offer COD?
No. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay. Cash on delivery and partial cash on delivery are not available.
Where is my order?
Sign in to your account using the email address on your order to see its status. Shipping updates and tracking details are also sent from sales@miraggeofficial.com.
Can I get my order express delivered?

Can I change my delivery address?
Once the order is shipped, nothing can be changed. Before the order is shipped, you can contact us at sales@miraggeofficial.com or Whatsapp us at +91 866 7372 924. Kindly quote your Order Number in the message.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to destinations with an active shipping rate at checkout. The shipping charge is shown before payment.
